Our Team

*Connor Graham, Owner*: Connor founded Simple Solutions Exterior Cleaning in 2012 while working overnights at Publix Supermarkets. With a passion for the craft and a diligent focus on learning and growth, Connor has turned the company into a thriving enterprise with multiple crews and a warehouse/office space in Sanford.

*Justin Carter, General Manager*: Justin joined the Simple Solutions team in April of 2019, bringing his expertise in sales, client communication, and project management. He leads our paver sealing services and keeps the team updated on industry trends through regular attendance at trade shows.

*Katie Cowham, Office Manager*: Katie joined the Simple Solutions team in the fall of 2021, overseeing customer communication and clerical duties in the office. She spends her free time at the beach, reading, or with her dogs.

*John Gereg, Technician*: Since joining the team in the Fall of 2018, John has provided 6 years of valuable experience in the cleaning industry. His expertise has led to his promotion as the Lead Tech, and he continues to showcase his exceptional skills on every project.

*Joseph Carter, Technician*: Joseph began working at Simple Solutions in the fall of 2020, leading our roof cleaning services and managing a crew. In his free time, he enjoys boating and spending time with friends and family.

*Quin Graham, Technician*: With a construction management background, Quin joined the Simple Solutions team in 2019. His skills have been instrumental in building and maintaining the company's rigs and equipment in the shop.

*Taylor Pechuekonis, Technician*: Since moving from North Carolina in 2017, Taylor has been a dedicated and skilled technician with Simple Solutions. His specialized certifications in operating aerial lifts make him an indispensable part of our team.
