Michael Friedl, a 7th degree black belt in Aikido, boasts over five decades of experience in the art. His extensive background includes training under renowned masters like Clyde Takeguchi and Frank Doran, forming a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary Aikido techniques. This wealth of knowledge and his peaceful spirit guide students on their individual journeys.
