Love Wins Counseling is a dedicated provider of substance abuse services, conveniently located in Brunswick County. We are committed to offering love and compassion through a treatment approach that addresses the chaos and pain associated with addiction and alcoholism. Our services extend to identified addicts and alcoholics, as well as their families and loved ones. We also cater to community facilities, churches, and schools. Although we are currently a one-person agency, we look forward to a future where our services are delivered by a diverse team of skilled clinicians. We are excited to build meaningful relationships within the community, combining the best of our clinical skills to support those affected by addiction or alcoholism.
Our Services
*Assessment*: Our assessment process involves one to three initial appointments aimed at building trust, gathering information, establishing goals, and evaluating readiness. We believe that a genuine assessment can only occur if a strong rapport is established between our clients and clinicians. We take time to understand our clients' drug history, family history, and mental health status. Testing may be used during this process to ensure accurate information is gathered.
*Counseling*: Our counseling services are designed to enhance our clients' willingness and motivation to seek treatment. We understand how difficult it can be for the addict/alcoholic to enter a helping relationship, and we encourage family members and loved ones to begin their recovery journey as well. We are here to support and guide our clients through the most challenging part of the recovery process - asking for help - and inspire them to rebuild their lives with meaningful and beautiful relationships.
*Consulting*: Love Wins Counseling offers consulting services to community agencies, churches, and schools. We provide recommendations and support for substance abuse treatment plans, as well as education and training on addiction and recovery. Our consulting services aim to help communities build supportive and informed environments for those affected by addiction.
*Outreach*: We are committed to reaching out to those who are affected by addiction or alcoholism, no matter where they are in their recovery journey. We believe that everyone deserves access to the best possible substance abuse services, and we proudly offer our expertise and support to those who need it most.
