A graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry, Dr. Steed has over 20 years of experience in ocular disease and surgical management. He actively incorporates the latest technological advancements to ensure precise diagnoses and effective treatment options for his patients.

Racism Incident
There have been reports of racist incidents at Insight Eye Care, with one customer claiming to have witnessed a staff member making a racist remark to another customer. The doctor, Dr. Steed, allegedly did not intervene or address the situation. This incident led the customer to leave the office without receiving their eye exam.

Miscommunication and Unprofessionalism

One customer had issues with their astigmatism prescription and was charged $180 for a recheck, despite the office's mistake. Another customer was not informed about potential additional fees and balances.
