A Background Rooted in Transformation

Ann's journey into the world of alternative healing began with Transcendental Meditation and yoga in 1975. While these practices eventually faded, they planted a seed of open-mindedness, encouraging her to constantly seek possibilities beyond traditional medicine.

A pivotal moment arrived during her time as a registered dietitian when a young patient experienced an unexpected and remarkable recovery through energy healing. Inspired, Ann embarked on her own journey, becoming a certified Reiki Master Teacher in 1997 and exploring various other modalities over the years.
