At our guitar lessons, we focus on teaching beginners how to play simple chords that can be used to play songs by current artists. Our approach is designed to make learning fun and engaging, with a variety of lesson formats available including private lessons, group classes, and online live sessions. Our instructor, Derrick Campbell, has over 20 years of experience teaching guitar and is listed as one of "Boston's Best Places for Guitar Lessons" by Boston/CBS Local. He now teaches at Ms. Fiona's Music in Swarthmore, PA, and also offers lessons online via Zoom, Facetime, or Google Meet. Our method book, "Beginner Guitar Chord Exercises, " provides a comprehensive guide for learning guitar, covering chord exercises, scales, and arpeggios. We believe that anyone can learn to play the guitar with the right approach and support.

Latest News and Updates

We are excited to announce that Derrick is now teaching in-person lessons again at a new music school in Swarthmore, PA. He will also be starting a group guitar lesson class for adults at this location starting in January of 2024.
