Problems with Cleanliness and Maintenance
There are several instances where guests have reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Megan Jackson's experience was particularly disturbing, as they found urine in the toilet, wet sheets and towels, and other unsanitary conditions. Similarly, Joni Duncan's unit was very dirty, and only one burner on the stove worked.
Confusing and Inconvenient Parking
Destiny Everett mentioned that there is no parking conveniently close to the condo, requiring guests to take a 10-15 minute walk to the car every time. This inconvenience may affect the overall experience of guests.
Furniture and Amenities
Several guests, including Joni Duncan and Missy Sizemore, complained about outdated furniture. Megan Jackson's experience was further marred by unsatisfactory conditions in the unit, including an unmade bed and dirty towels.
Resort Amenities
Caroline Shue mentioned some limitations with the resort amenities, including the pool snack shops being closed during their visit. Additionally, the indoor hot tub was not operating, and the playground could use an update.
Quality of Service
Megan Jackson was offered a cleaning fee refund, but felt this did not adequately compensate for the inconvenience and distress caused by the condition of her unit.
