We use state-of-the-art HomeGauge inspection software to create easy-to-understand reports, complete with digital photos, videos, and written explanations. Our reports are delivered electronically, and we are always available to answer any questions or concerns our clients may have. We also offer convenient lock box access, easy appointment scheduling, and flexible payment options.
In addition to our residential home inspections, we also provide commercial property inspections, tailored to meet the unique needs of commercial properties. Our commercial inspections are designed to identify any potential issues or defects, allowing our clients to make informed decisions about their investment.
Radon Testing and Mitigation
Radon testing is an essential part of our services, and we recommend that all homes be tested for radon. We use electronic continuous monitors that record accurate hourly readings over a minimum 48-hour period, providing our clients with a comprehensive understanding of their home's radon levels. We also offer discounted radon testing in conjunction with home inspections.
While we no longer offer radon mitigation services, we are happy to answer any questions our clients may have about radon mitigation and provide repair services as needed.
