Our Story

Laurie A. Seber, our founder, was born and raised in Allons, Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Science & Associate of Applied Science degrees from Tennessee Tech University in 1998 in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She then received her Juris Doctor from Regent University in Virginia Beach in 2002. After law school, Laurie worked at a small firm in Newport News, Virginia, focusing on criminal defense and family law until she moved back to Tennessee in 2008. She worked for the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services as Assistant General Counsel for several years before entering private practice in Cookeville, Tennessee in 2013. Laurie's private practice now focuses on family law.

Our Team

Our team also includes Denise Wilson, a dedicated legal assistant who has been working in the legal industry since 2008. Denise has worked extensively in probate law and criminal law as well. She has been working with attorney Laurie A. Seber since 2015. Together, our team is dedicated to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients.
