At Inside Outside, we're dedicated to helping you achieve your health, strength, and appearance goals. Our Medical Director, Dr. Christian, has created a unique center that combines a wide range of services under one roof. We're not just another wellness center or medical spa; we're a comprehensive solution for your health needs. Our programs are designed to get results, and we're proud to be the only center in San Antonio and possibly the nation offering such a diverse range of services.

Our services are categorized into four primary areas: Nutrition, Strength Training, Medical Spa Services, and DXA Testing. In Nutrition, we offer programs such as Zone, Paleo, Bulking, LoCarb, and Nutritional Ketosis. Our Strength Training programs are based on the principles of Arthur Jones and the American Heart Association. The Medical Spa Services include Botox, VI Peel, Microdermabrasion, and more. Lastly, we provide DXA Bone Density and DXA Body Composition testing with Visceral Adipose Tissue (VAT) Testing.

What sets us apart is our commitment to using proven, evidence-based strategies. We don't promote or sell multilevel marketing products, focusing instead on premium individual services. Our Community Service

Giving back to the community is also a vital part of our mission. We participate in silent auctions, raffles, seminars, health fairs, walks/runs, and direct donations to non-profit organizations. Our goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of those around us.
