Omega Charters is proud to celebrate our fifteenth season in operation. Our company is led by Captain Greg, a 100 gross ton master captain with a lifelong passion for fishing. Captain Greg's love for fishing began at the age of four when his father purchased the first of four fishing boats. Since then, Captain Greg has honed his skills targeting various species in different regions, including Hawaii, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Mexico. With extensive experience fishing both inshore and offshore, we take pride in the fact that we learn something new on each and every trip.

Our Services

At Omega Charters, we offer a variety of fishing trips tailored to suit our clients' needs. Our services include:

• Inshore Fishing: Our inshore fishing trips target all inshore species in our area, including Striped Bass, Bluefish, Fluke, Porgy, Sea Bass, Cod, Flounder, and Black Fish. We know where Black Fish live, thanks to Captain Greg's 14 years of commercial black fishing experience. Inshore trips typically last from 7 AM to 3 PM.
• Offshore Fishing: When we venture offshore, we employ any and all methods to catch tuna, whether it be chunking, trolling, or jig and pop. These trips are a lot of fun and often result in a multitude of species being caught.
• Stripers and Bluefish: We offer dedicated trips targeting Stripers and Bluefish, which are abundant in our waters.
• Blackfish and Bluefin Combo: This trip covers 50-70 miles and targets Blackfish and Bluefin Tuna, a popular combination among our clients.
• Sharks: Our Shark fishing trips are thrilling and offer the chance to catch a variety of shark species.
• Overnight Canyon Fishing: Our overnight canyon fishing trips are a favorite among our clients. We target Tilefish and other offshore wreck fishing species. These trips are an incredible experience, and we highly recommend them.
• Ash Scattering Ceremonies: We also offer ash scattering ceremonies for those who have lost loved ones. We handle these ceremonies with the utmost respect and care.

At Omega Charters, we operate a well-maintained and equipped boat that ensures our clients' safety and comfort. Our boat is designed to navigate both inshore and offshore waters with ease, allowing us to target a variety of species.
