High School Transition Program (Link Crew)

• Pairs experienced upperclassmen (Link Crew Leaders) with incoming freshmen.
• Equips Leaders with training to effectively guide and support freshmen.
• Creates a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters freshman success.

Middle School Transition Program (WEB)

• Empowers 8th graders (WEB Leaders) to be positive role models for incoming 6th/7th graders.
• Equips Leaders with tools and strategies to mentor and guide younger students.
