Our founder, Gun, developed a passion for gardening at a young age, inspired by her grandmother's garden in Turkey. After a successful career in engineering, Gun pursued a degree in Environmental Design and Horticulture, and has since helped hundreds of clients bring their outdoor spaces to life. The name Blue Hibiscus Gardens is inspired by the Australian evergreen bush, Alyogyne huegelii, which requires minimal water and care, making it an ideal choice for California's Mediterranean climate.
