RockGodz Hall of Fame is an organization dedicated to honoring the contributions of legendary musicians and industry leaders in rock and roll who may not have received the recognition they deserve. Founded in 2009, RockGodz Hall of Fame started as a grassroots movement and has since grown into the premier award in rock and roll, gaining momentum through private and corporate donations, sponsors, and ticket sales. Our mission is to preserve the history of rock music and the legends that created it. With every dollar donated, we are able to come closer to achieving this goal.

Honoring the Legends of Rock and Roll

At RockGodz Hall of Fame, we recognize the valuable contributions of our Inductees to rock and roll by acknowledging their vital role in bringing us the music that has become the soundtrack of our lives. Our Inductees are those who have built the legacy of rock music, and we are proud to honor them for their creative output and their impact on the industry and audiences worldwide.

Exclusive Feature

Legendary rock journalist Steve Rosen has released his long-awaited book, Tonechaser - Understanding Edward: My 26-Year Journey with Edward Van Halen. The book chronicles the remarkable relationship between the writer and the late iconic guitar player Edward Van Halen, beginning in 1977 and continuing through 2003. Rosen, who has authored seven other books, including biographies on Jeff Beck, Free/Bad Company, Black Sabbath, and Randy Rhoads, writes about what it was like being friends with the greatest guitar player in the world. The author spent many hours with Edward at his own Hollywood Hills guesthouse, up at Van Halen's 5150 studio, on airplanes, in cars, and even jamming on several occasions with Ed. There is no other book out there that captures the heart and creativity of the late master instrumentalist.
