Harilla Landing Yacht Club

Harilla Landing Yacht Club is a prestigious privately owned condominium association located on the picturesque shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, at 484 Long Island Road, Moultonboro, NH. Since its establishment, HLYC has been providing exceptional marine facilities and services to its 205 owners and their tenants. Our club is a haven for those who seek a tranquil and exclusive lifestyle, nestled in the heart of nature.

HLYC is managed by Off The Water (OTW) Marine and Dock, whose co-owners Kevin Griffin and Peter (PJ) Learn have been delivering outstanding services since December 2016. OTW oversees all aspects of HLYC operations, including docking, valet, and maintenance services, ensuring that every member enjoys a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Services Offered by HLYC

At HLYC, we strive to provide a comprehensive range of services to cater to our members' needs. Here are some of the services we offer:

• Marine Maintenance Services: Our team is always on standby to attend to any critical "on-water" emergencies, such as sinking or drifting without power. Our top-notch marine maintenance services ensure that your boat is always in top shape.
• Docking Services: We provide secure and convenient docking services for our members, ensuring that their boats are well taken care of at all times. Our docking area is designed to accommodate both small and large boats, ensuring that everyone has a space to call their own.
• Valet Services: Our valet service is designed to provide our members with the ultimate convenience. With just one phone call to (603) 253-4653, members can have their boats ready and waiting for them at the holding docks during closed hours. However, members are reminded to call at least one hour before closing to ensure their boats are ready in time.

• Early Season Hours: Our hours of operation for May, before Memorial Day weekend (Early Season), are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm.
