Our team of lawyers and staff is led by Charles "Chip" Houssiere, who has a technical and scientific background in engineering and medicine, obtained while working at NASA. Chip's experience in product liability and medical malpractice has earned him a reputation as a leading expert in these areas. He is also a Board-Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer, and a member of the Texas Board of Civil Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Linda Durant Houssiere, our managing partner, brings advanced mediation training and years of experience handling mass tort claims. She is skilled at honing the issues in a case and presenting demonstrative evidence to help a jury understand complex cases.

Unprofessional Communication
The reviewers experienced poor communication with the law firm. They were given the runaround, had to constantly follow up, and were barely heard out by the partners. The firm would request documents and then fail to follow up, leaving the clients in the dark about the status of their cases.
Lack of Effort and Abandonment
The law firm was accused of not putting in enough effort to resolve the cases. They would spend money and time without achieving any results, and then abandon the cases without notifying the clients. The clients had to take initiative to find out the status of their cases, which was met with little to no response from the firm.
Dishonesty and Unfair Fees
The reviewers felt that the law firm was more interested in making money than fighting for their clients. They were quoted unfair fees, with one reviewer being asked to pay 90% of the settlement. The lawyers were accused of being dishonest, uncaring, and only looking out for their own interests.
