About Dan Martz

Dan Martz, the principle owner and operator of Martz Home Builders, is a graduate of Portage Central High School and Spring Arbor University. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics. With over 40 years of experience in the building industry, Dan has worked in all phases of construction, from project management to sales and marketing.

Dan is a Licensed Realtor Associate with Evenboer-Walton Realtors and a Licensed Builder in the state of Michigan. He is also a Certified Green Professional and has been recognized for his excellence in the industry, including being named the 2010 and 2019 Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan.
