Powder Coating
Our powder coating process applies durable, eco-friendly finishes using electrostatically charged pigment and resin. Enclosures undergo a six-stage wash system for corrosion resistance before curing at 350F for 20 minutes. This method eliminates VOC emissions and offers seven standard color options with near-total material utilization, reducing costs while ensuring long-lasting, chip-resistant coatings.
Welding
Lee Manufacturing employs advanced welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and automated rocker arm welders, to ensure structural integrity.
