We understand the importance of budget-friendly living, which is why we strive to offer competitive pricing. Our one-bedroom apartments are perfect for individuals, starting at $550 per month. Those seeking more space can choose from our two-bedroom apartments, ranging from $650 to $850 per month, or our two-bedroom suites, priced between $950 and $1200 per month. For families or groups, our four-bedroom apartments provide ample room and functionality at $1150 per month.

All apartments require a security deposit, ensuring a secure environment for all residents. Utilities, including electricity, gas, and water, are the responsibility of the tenants. However, we offer optional high-speed internet service for added convenience.

Our Rental Process

We simplify the rental process with a straightforward application and timely response system. For your convenience, our rental applications can be filled out online or in person. Our apartments are typically available for lease from August 1st to May 25th. We understand that circumstances may vary, and we do offer shorter leases upon request.
