Our Services
Slatile Roofing and Sheet Metal CO., INC. offers a wide range of services, including roofing, masonry, and sheet metal solutions. Our roofing services include new construction, re-roofing, roof repairs, roof inspection, and roof maintenance. We are experienced in a variety of roofing systems, including single ply membranes, BUR, modified bitumen, shingles, slate, tile, cedar shakes, synthetic slate and tile, and standing seam panels.
Our masonry services include historic masonry restoration and preservation, industrial epoxy flooring systems, exterior building cleaning, membrane waterproofing, tuck pointing, concrete restoration, water and sand blasting, and stack restoration.
Our sheet metal services include custom fabrication, installation, and repair of architectural sheet metal items, such as gutters, downspouts, flashing, and roofing components.
Our Facilities and Affiliations
Our facility is located on 3 acres of property and consists of 30,000 sq. ft. of modern offices, a warehouse, and a sheet metal shop. We employ 60-90 individuals, many who have been with the company for over 25 years. We are affiliated with several industry-leading organizations, including the National Roofing Contractors Association, Midwest Roofing Contractors Association, Michiana Area Roofing Contractors Association, and Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association.
