Our Services

At Serene Wellness Spa, we offer a wide range of massages and spa treatments designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include deep tissue massages, hot stone massages, Swedish massages, and prenatal massages. We also offer myofascial cupping, a treatment that uses suction cups to unstick and manipulate fascia, reduce pain, improve range of motion, and increase athletic performance. Our services are available in 30-minute, 1-hour, and package sessions, and we cater to both individual and group bookings.

Myofascial Cupping

Serene Wellness Spa offers certified myofascial cupping services for the treatment of pain, sprains/strains, and swelling. Our cupping therapy is designed to unstick and manipulate fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and increase athletic performance. Using RockPods, our cupping therapy is a gentle and non-invasive treatment that can be used on all parts of the body. We offer 30-minute and 1-hour sessions and packages of four for those looking for long-lasting relief.
