Specialty Fabrication and Powder Coating, LLC is a metal fabrication company based in Franklin, Pennsylvania, with a rich history dating back to November 2004. Our journey began with a vision to provide high-quality fabrication and powder coating services, and we have since grown to become a leading player in the industry. Our Services

We specialize in the design, manufacture, and delivery of specialty fabrication and powder coated products. Our capabilities include high precision welding and fabrication, design for manufacturing (DFM), and a range of assembly and production functions. We serve customers nationwide and have shipped internationally, making us a reliable partner for businesses across the globe.

Quality and Operations

Our operations are designed to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality. We have a complete sheet metal fabrication department, including three Bystronic Lasers, turret punch capability, forming and rolling of all shapes, and spot welding. Additionally, our finishing department features a state-of-the-art automated powder coating line and liquid painting for larger fabrications. We also utilize a Virtek LaserQC machine for quality control and reverse engineering needs.

Lean Manufacturing

Our unique manufacturing system is designed to deliver parts on time, to specifications, and in the shortest possible lead times. We utilize manufacturing cells, KAN-BAN inventory control, and a JIT system to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibility is vested in our operators, ensuring that every step of the process is monitored and controlled.
