At Wood River Baseball Association (WRBA), we are dedicated to providing a platform for the youth of the Wood River Valley to participate in and excel at baseball. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, competition, and knowledge. We believe that baseball is not just a game, but a gateway to learning valuable life lessons that can benefit individuals throughout their lives.
Services Offered
We offer a range of services including Spring/Summer baseball tryouts, Winter Workouts, and fundraising opportunities. Our Spring/Summer baseball tryouts are designed to evaluate players for our teams and ensure that each player is placed in the appropriate age group. Our Winter Workouts provide an opportunity for players to keep up with their skills and fundamentals during the off-season. Additionally, we organize fundraising events to support our programming and provide scholarships to deserving players.
Coaching Opportunities
If you are interested in coaching, we are currently looking for coaches at the 10U, 12U, and High School levels. Coaching is a vital part of our organization, and we provide training and support to ensure that our coaches are equipped to make a positive impact on the players.
SafeSport Certification
All of our coaches and board members are SafeSport Certified. This certification ensures that we are providing a safe and healthy environment for all participants.
Pitch Smart
We believe in protecting the health and well-being of our pitchers. That's why we follow the Pitch Smart guidelines to ensure that our pitchers are not overworked and are protected from potential injuries.
