Our Team

*Dan Green - CEO + Co-Managing Partner*

Dan Green is the third-generation leader of Jag Logistics with over 30 years of experience in real estate development. Dan guides the company's ground-up development, construction, and management of industrial properties in six cities across the US. He started his training at 15, working with various contractors during summer breaks to learn the ins and outs of the construction process. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and served as the President of the Board of Trustees for Temple Shalom in Greenwich, CT, among other leadership roles. Dan lives in the Denver area with his wife and three children.

*John Schoenfeld - Co-Managing Partner*

John Schoenfeld joined Jag Logistics in early 2019 and assumed joint responsibility for managing all aspects of the business, development, investment activities, capital formation, and implementing JAG's strategic objectives. Prior to joining JAG, John was the Managing Director and Founder of Houlihan Lokey's Real Estate, Lodging, Leisure, and Homebuilding Investment Group. John has also worked at Salomon Brothers, where he established and developed its real estate merchant bank (principal investments) for the western United States. John holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He lives in the Denver area with his wife and two children.
