Clancy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He began his career in construction at a young age, learning the ropes from his father, Kevin Clancy of KC Home Inspection. Timothy's professional journey took a turn when he joined the United States Navy, where he served his country with pride while attending schools in Electronics and Electricity. His naval career saw him achieve the rank of Electrician's Mate 3rd Class, and upon Honorable Discharge, he began his career in Engineering at the VAMC Boston, rising through the ranks to become an Electronics Engineer.

After 21 years of service, Timothy retired from the Federal Government and started his own business as an Electrical/Electronic Contractor, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. His unwavering dedication to his craft led him to obtain various licenses and certifications, including a Heat Technician License, Master Electrician License, Home Improvement Contractor Registration, and Home Inspector License. With his extensive expertise and knowledge in the construction industry, Timothy provides comprehensive and in-depth examinations of properties, ensuring that his clients receive accurate and reliable inspection reports.

• Title 5 System Inspection Services: Tim is an independent and unbiased Massachusetts Certified Title 5 System Inspector, approval #SI14729. Our Title 5 system inspection services cover all aspects of the septic system, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
