Our team of licensed therapists, including Christy Vaughn, Mark Martin, Kim Garland, Nora Tate, and Cyndi Richards, have extensive experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, and families. We utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral, Trauma Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, to provide personalized care. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can feel comfortable exploring your emotions and concerns.
