About Our Firm

Gilliland Architecture is a collaboration-based firm specializing in multifamily apartments, townhomes, and custom homes, as well as affordable and senior housing communities. Our principal, Dana Gilliland, has over 20 years of experience in architecture and is a licensed Architect, General Building Contractor, LEED AP, and ICC certified as a California Building Code Plans Examiner & Building Inspector. We offer detailed site analysis and yield study services as part of the developer's due diligence process.

Portfolio Highlights

We have successfully completed several projects, including the 13 Unit Apartments in Carson, CA, which was completed in August 2018, and the 11 Unit Apartments in Carson, CA, completed in October 2016. Our portfolio also includes the 4 Unit Apartment Building in Westchester, CA, finished in November 2016, and the 47 Unit Apartment Building in Harbor Gateway, CA, completed in January 2014.
