Meet Dr. Vu

Dr. Kevin Vu is the founder and owner of Toothscaler Dental. With over 22 years of experience in general, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Vu has built a reputation as one of the most skilled and compassionate dentists in the Bay Area. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Temple University in Philadelphia and completed two years of specialty training in cosmetic dentistry with a focus on crowns and bridges.

Dr. Vu is passionate about providing personalized, quality dental care to his patients. He takes the time to listen to their questions and concerns, and he always strives to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments. Dr. Vu is also the inventor of the FDA-approved PLAQUE SCRAPER, a special plastic preventive tool that he gives to every patient following treatment.
