Our Story

Hello, I'm Nubian, the founder of The Pink Bakery. My journey started when I was born with severe allergies that were undiagnosed for years. Doctors labeled me a "failure to thrive baby, " and I struggled to find baked goods that tasted good and wouldn't hurt me. After years of suffering, we finally figured out that I was allergic to milk and wheat. Desserts went out the window for me, but I was determined to find a solution.

With no baking experience, I set out to make what I couldn't find. After five years of R&D, prayer, and tears, I finally mastered my allergen-free baking mixes. They work every time, are easy to make, and taste amazing! I started The Pink Bakery to share my baking mixes with others who have food allergies. I understand the struggles of finding safe and delicious baked goods, and I am committed to providing a solution.
