What's included in your DJ packages?
All packages include setup/breakdown time, sound systems, wireless microphones for events up to 300 guests, and master of ceremonies services. Additional lighting and photo booths available as add-ons.
Do you service areas outside Houston?
We serve Houston and surrounding counties including The Woodlands, Katy, Sugarland, and Galveston (with $100 travel fee). Coverage extends to events with 55-95% regional reliability.
How does your emergency backup system work?
We maintain dedicated backup DJs and equipment for every event. Each weekend, a trained emergency DJ remains on-call with complete event details and duplicate gear to ensure 100% coverage.
Can we customize music selections?
Yes! Use our online planning tool to create custom playlists or provide specific song requests. We honor do-not-play lists and accommodate special announcements through wireless microphones.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, company checks, and all major credit cards. Payment plans include 50% deposit with balance due the Monday before your event, or full payment at booking for 5% discount.
Are your services insured?
Yes, we carry $1,000,000 liability insurance per performer. Copies of our policy can be provided to venues or clients upon request for event compliance requirements.
