Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Rick Fuchs is a highly skilled and experienced orthodontist who has dedicated his career to providing the highest quality of care to his patients. Born and raised in Huron, South Dakota, Dr. Fuchs attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska for his pre-dental education and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska in 2006. He completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Minnesota in 2008 and joined Fuchs Orthodontics at that time.

Dr. Fuchs is an active member of the dental community, serving as President of the Southern District of the South Dakota Dental Association and President of the South Dakota Society of Orthodontists. He has also served as President of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation and is currently a member of the South Dakota Dental Association Board of Trustees. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the South Dakota Dental Association.

Huron and Mitchell Office Hours of Operation

Our Huron and Mitchell offices are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
