Unsatisfactory Experience
In this review, several users have shared their dissatisfying experiences with Tork Law. Two users, Devon James R. and Sierra M., gave the law firm 1-star ratings, expressing frustration with the lack of helpfulness from the law firm's staff. Devon felt that the lawyers and case reps didn't take his situation into account, and Sierra's case was closed without her being notified. She also accused the firm of lying about contacting her.
Inconsistent Experience
Melissa H. and Red T., the other two users who gave the law firm 1-star ratings, had different experiences. Melissa initially contacted the law firm, but after deciding not to pursue the case, she called them back in December 2019 to inquire about the status. Unfortunately, she never received a call back. Red T.'s experience was equally disappointing. He hired the law firm to represent him against Walmart, but they never followed up on the case, and when they finally contacted him, they told him that Walmart wasn't negotiating, and they had to drop the case. Red was particularly frustrated because he had CCTV footage that was never discussed during the case.
