Our History

Founded in 2005, Good Earth Construction evolved from a long line of "Good Earth" family-owned environmentally friendly businesses. Over the past decade, the company has grown to become one of Oregon's top residential and commercial remodelers. We are a proud and long-standing member of various builders' associations.

Our Team

As Owner and President, Jake Leach founded Good Earth Construction in 2005 after serving in various companies within the commercial construction industry. Today, Jake oversees all day-to-day operations while fostering relationships with every customer, consulting with them at each stage of the project. Jake has an open-door policy for all clients, providing a direct point of contact for any questions or concerns throughout the construction process.
