Our Story

At StartupTAP, we believe that high-growth companies need effective solutions for talent acquisition that go beyond the scope of traditional recruiting agencies. Founded in 2010, our company was built on the realization that high-performing companies require sophisticated talent acquisition strategies that align with their unique needs. Our founders embedded themselves in some of the fastest-growing startups in Southern California, hired over 180 people in 18 months, and formed long-lasting relationships with both the candidates they placed and the companies they built.
