About Us
The BBQ King is the culmination of Chef/Owner Keith Lombardo's 25 years of experience in the food industry. Starting as a dishwasher at a local pizzeria, Keith's passion for cooking and serving others led him to learn the art of pizza making, butchery, and cooking. He further honed his skills at the New York Restaurant School in Manhattan and Nassau Community College, where he earned his Culinary degree and Associates in Food Service & Restaurant Management.
Keith's vision for the BBQ King has always been about family and building long-lasting relationships with his clients. Our goal is not just to cater one party for you but to create a connection that will lead us to become a part of your most important life events.

At the BBQ King, we specialize in providing customized BBQ packages tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Our services include:
1. Private Onsite BBQ Catering: We offer year-round BBQ catering for all your party needs. From intimate backyard BBQs to large-scale events, our team will help customize every detail of your menu for your next party. Our packages include unlimited food, staff, charcoal grill, buffet tables, and a 10x10 foot tent for the buffet area.
2. Customized BBQ Package: Our most popular package includes a 3-hour buffet with your choice of 4 meats, 3 salads, 2 hot sides, and one dessert. All packages include serving utensils, chafing racks, and sternos.
3. Mini BBQ Package: Ideal for gatherings of 50 people or more, available Sunday through Friday (excluding Saturdays from Memorial Day through Labor Day). This package includes a 2-hour buffet with your choice of 2 meats, 2 salads, 1 hot side, and one dessert.
4. BBQ Buffet: This package includes a 2-hour buffet with your choice of 2 meats, 3 salads, and plates, forks, knives, napkins.
5. Year-Round Catering: We offer customized menus, waitstaff, bartenders, ala carte orders, plates, utensils, napkins, buffet, hero, and cocktail party options.
