Founder Charles Marks started his journey in the jewelry business in 1992, learning the trade from his cousin and working alongside his aunt. He later ventured out on his own, establishing Jewelry Doctor, and then joined forces with a wholesaler, serving independent jewelers. In 2014, Charles realized his dream of opening his own store, Marks Jewelry Co. LLC.
