Founded in 1923, Hallowell & James Funeral Homes has been a staple in the community for over 90 years. The firm was started by a partnership between Harry D. James, Jr. and Floyd Hallowell, who operated their funeral service business alongside a furniture store in downtown LaGrange. Over the years, we have expanded to multiple locations, including Countryside and Downers Grove, to better serve the growing community.
