Mechenbier Construction, Inc. is a respected developer in the construction industry in New Mexico, established since the early 1980s. Our firm has constructed over 500 custom and semi-custom homes and townhomes, and we diversified into the commercial market in the mid 1990s. Currently, we lease over 450,000 square feet of commercial office and warehouse space in the Albuquerque metropolitan area.

Our goal is to create distinctive buildings that meet our tenants' requirements, combining aesthetics and functionality with cost effectiveness through quality construction and innovative design. We have designed, constructed, and currently lease and manage office and warehouse space for more than 35 companies, including national firms and local businesses.
