Award-Winning Steakhouse & Romantic Dining in Omaha
Established in 1977, Brother Sebastian's Steak House and Winery was inspired by the hospitality of Spanish monasteries. Our founder, Loren Koch, envisioned a dining experience that combines the warmth of rustic abbeys with exceptional service and culinary excellence. Over four decades later, we remain committed to serving USDA Choice Nebraska Angus beef seared over open flames, complemented by an extensive wine selection and award-winning prime rib. Recognized by TripAdvisor with multiple Certificates of Excellence and honored as Omaha's Best Romantic Restaurant numerous times, our timeless design and dedication to quality have solidified our reputation as a top-ranked dining destination.

Our fireplace-warmed rooms, ranging from intimate settings to adaptable spaces for groups, create memorable experiences for every guest. We take pride in our meticulous service, which has earned accolades from local critics and patrons alike, ensuring that each visit reflects our commitment to tradition and hospitality.
