Our Story
Bella Rose Estate was founded in 2013 by Vickie Herd, who was inspired by her devotion to her son Chad, who has Down Syndrome. Vickie's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence led her to create a venue that would exceed her clients' expectations. After Vickie's passing in 2019, her daughter Leslie and son-in-law Chad Cole took over the business, continuing her legacy and expanding the family's business portfolio.
