About Our Team

Our team is led by President and Broker-in-Charge Michael DePasquale, who has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Michael graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree and began his real estate career investing in development and rental properties. Inspired by the growth in Durham, especially the downtown revitalization, Michael returned to Durham to pursue a career in real estate. Michael believes that Durham's growth is still in its early stages and that the city center has great potential for further development.
