This means our focus is on keeping tenants satisfied by offering complimentary online payments, maintenance work order tracking, and immediate access to account information and leasing documents through our tenant portal. By embracing various lean processes and technologies, such as self-showing viewings of vacant properties and digital lease signage, we reduce costs and increase efficiencies, passing these benefits onto our clients.
Our online property management software integrates all aspects of property management, from accounting and tenant screening to leasing documents, report generation, and payment processing. We have designed our processes and technologies to be scalable and systematic, ensuring consistent quality service for our clients without relying on microtransactions for profit.
We charge a flat listing fee and a flat monthly percentage of the contracted rent, with no additional fees for coordinating repairs or lease renegotiations. Owners can cancel without penalty after 90 days, motivating us to deliver consistent quality service and maintain long-term client relationships.
