Brewer Equipment Company has a rich history that began in 1951 with the purchase of our first truckload of scaffolding from Waco Scaffolding. Since then, we have grown to become a leading provider of scaffolding rental, sales, and erection services for various industries with access needs in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

In 1962, we expanded our product offerings by becoming a distributor for the Paslode line of pneumatic tools and fasteners. This new addition allowed us to serve the residential building contractor market and further grow our customer base. Over the years, we have added various product lines, including fasteners, tools, and other products commonly used by contractors in the residential and commercial building industry.

During 1984, we added the Waco Wedgelok System scaffold to our rental inventory and started offering our scaffold services to paper mills, power plants, and industrial customers. By combining our extensive inventory of system scaffolding with skilled scaffold erectors and experienced supervisors, we provide reliable and dependable solutions for all access needs during outages, emergencies, and long-term projects.

Today, Brewer Equipment Company operates with three locations in North Carolina. Our headquarters is in Greensboro, with branch offices in Wilmington and Southport, NC. Our mission remains the same as when our company was founded: to provide our customers with quality products, competitive pricing, and exceptional service.
