Established in 1965, the New Orleans Estate PLG Council has served as a premier professional association for estate planning experts across Louisiana. Our organization brings together attorneys, certified public accountants, insurance professionals, bank trust officers, certified financial planners, and planned giving officers to advance excellence in estate planning. With over 130 active members, we provide five annual educational dinner meetings and facilitate critical networking opportunities that enhance professional collaboration. Recognized as a 5 Star Council by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils for four consecutive years, our commitment to quality programming and member engagement remains unmatched.We expanded membership eligibility in 2000 and 2008 to include certified financial planners and associate members, ensuring comprehensive representation across financial disciplines.
