SC Asphalt Pavement Association

The South Carolina Asphalt Pavement Association (SCAPA) is a non-profit trade association dedicated to supporting the asphalt pavement industry in South Carolina. Established in 1966, SCAPA is the voice of the asphalt paving industry in the Palmetto State. Our mission is to provide training and educational opportunities, networking opportunities, and promote asphalt pavement on behalf of our members. Our membership includes producer members, as well as associate member organizations who provide aggregates, supplies, and/or services to the asphalt pavement industry.

Our Services

SCAPA offers a wide range of services to its members, including training and educational programs, networking events, and advocacy efforts on behalf of the industry. We participate in various research and educational programs to develop the best product, new paving techniques, and the highest quality of workmanship. Our members include producer members, such as asphalt plants, and associate members, including suppliers of aggregates, liquid asphalt, and emulsions, as well as other related services and products.

Events

SCAPA hosts various events throughout the year, including the annual Summer Conference, Spring Member Dinner and Legislative Day, and the Winter Conference and Trade Show. These events provide opportunities for networking, professional development, and advocacy. We also maintain a comprehensive calendar of industry events and news to keep our members informed and engaged.
