Our prototype shop specializes in creating high-quality physical models of design ideas, allowing our clients to test and refine their products before going into mass production. We use specialized manufacturing methods, such as CNC machines, to create precise and accurate prototypes.

Our Expertise

Our team of experts has extensive experience in machining complex plastic or metal parts, utilizing a full-featured machine shop including several 3-axis machining centers. We can machine parts with precise tolerances of +/- 0.002" (+/- 0.05mm) and create small diameter holes as small as 0.015" (0.381mm). We also specialize in quick turnaround times, with most projects completed within 2 weeks or less.
