Meet Our Owners

Steven Speaks, son of Larry, began working with his dad in the summer of 1980 when he was 16 years old. After earning a bachelor of science in business administration from Auburn, he added a bachelor of science in civil engineering to his resume. Greg Gillian joined the company in 1986 after completing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Auburn University.

Our Team

We have professionals dedicated to project management specializing in water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution systems, as well as wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal. Our environmental staff includes four environmental scientists, providing services such as general, individual, construction, and environmental permits.
