We are a privately held, fully insured, and bonded General Contracting and Construction Management firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our team is managed by 3rd generation General Contractor Shawn D. Fernald (CGC1506421) and Chad Pejack (CBC1255772), who combined have over fifty-two years in the construction industry. We are dedicated to our core values, making our commitment to total quality and client satisfaction absolute.
