Our History

Kelly Transit has been providing transportation services for students with special needs at the request of Lincoln Intermediate Unit No. 12 since 1978. Over the years, we have expanded our services to cater to the growing needs of our students, transporting over 700 students to over twenty-five school districts in York and Adams Counties. Our mission has remained steadfast: to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation that enables students to thrive.
