Our Story

In 2012, Dr. Debra Stokan founded Stokan & Associates with the vision of creating a personalized mental health practice where practitioners could collaborate daily to provide exceptional mental health services to our clients. Over the years, we have grown and added additional practitioners who offer specialty services in the mental health field. At Stokan & Associates, we take pride in providing attentive, personalized care to our clients. We specialize in services such as psychiatry, counseling, and more.

Meet The Team

Dr. Debra Stokan, M.D. is the founder and a psychiatrist at Stokan & Associates. She is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients. Caroline Bang, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatrist and mental health nurse practitioner who offers services in psychiatry. Mendy Ferrara, MAC, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor who provides counseling services. Justin Perry, MS, LMFT, is an associate licensed marriage and family therapist. Cindy Cecil serves as the practice manager, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Lindsey Becerra is a clinical assistant who supports the team in their daily operations.
